Jessica Ashdown

Counsel

Jessica started her career at a boutique firm where she focused on general corporate counsel, contract negotiations, and intellectual property law. She has since counseled varying types of organizations on matters including organizational structure, contractual risk mitigation, intellectual property strategy, technology licensing, digital marketing, and legal process improvement. Jessica is sensitive to the unique needs of each of her corporate clients. As Counsel to Ivory, Jessica’s expertise and belief in the firm’s mission, vision, and dedication to quality are a perfect fit.

Jessica is from Northeast Ohio and moved to Chicago for graduate school. After obtaining her MBA from Loyola University Chicago, she graduated from what is now the University of Illinois Chicago School of Law early with honors and a certificate in intellectual property law, followed by a master’s in intellectual property law. Jessica currently resides in Northwest Chicago with her family. She is licensed in the states of Illinois and Ohio.
