Director and Senior Counsel
Stacy Ruegilin is a growth-oriented commercial adviser with a passion for legal technology and innovation. Stacy began her career in the Washington, DC offices of two AmLaw 100 firms, where she focused on novel legal issues affecting the technology sector. She then served as in-house Senior Counsel for an international semiconductor design and manufacturing company, where she advised global business teams on compliance efforts, go-to-market initiatives, and complex commercial transactions. Stacy has deep experience with legal knowledge management, contract automation, and process improvement.
Stacy maintains a robust pro bono practice and her advocacy on behalf of immigrant children has been awarded by national public interest organizations.
Stacy is from the sunny islands of Hawaii and now resides in the less-sunny suburbs of Seattle. She is a graduate of Harvard Law School and the University of Hawaii. She is licensed in the State of Washington.
