Associate Counsel
Terri started her legal career at a boutique firm where she focused on corporate and business transactions, real estate, franchising, as well as succession planning and estate planning for business owner clients. Through her experience, she has honed her ability to analyze and find solutions for complex and technical issues and to communicate clearly and effectively with clients. Prior to starting her legal career, Terri served in the United States Air Force, where she developed a strong sense of discipline and commitment to excellence. With her extensive experience and multicultural background, Terri brings a unique perspective to her legal practice.
Originally from Ghana, West Africa, Terri immigrated to the US at a young age and now calls Denver, Colorado home. She holds a J.D. from the University of Houston Law Center and a B.A in Criminal Justice from the University of Colorado Denver. Terri currently resides in Houston, Texas, and is licensed in the state of Texas.
