You Need More Than a Legal Service Provider, You Need a Business Partner

What are you getting out of your law firm? How Do You Manage Workflow?

One of the biggest challenges our clients face is managing workflows, leaving inefficiencies and costly processes in place without alternatives. Ivory believes that organizations that are manually punching through tasks and failing to automate systems are falling behind.

We use a combination of three vital programs (Teamwork, Framework, and PowerBI) to systematize, automate, track, and communicate all necessary work produced on behalf of our clients. Whenever a member of the Ivory team is working on a task, it’s tracked live in our system and accessible to a client who wants to see real-time tracking and productivity. You see what you pay for without needing to jump through hoops or contact anyone to get answers.

Some still believe they aren’t a fit for this modern approach, but the reality is you just haven’t found the tool(s) that work for you yet. We lead by example and rely on high-level efficiency that allows us to seamlessly address client needs in a timely, affordable manner.

Transparency is the Expectation

People see the word “systematize” and think they’re just being punched into a system and given whatever comes out. That’s not what we’re about. You aren’t just a number on a line for us to push through a processor; you receive custom-tailored services that recognize your needs and goals above all else.

As noted above, clients are able to log in to their account with Ivory and view live tracking of tasks being worked on, completed, and advanced. Our custom approach to these systems affords us the opportunity to spend more time getting to know a client rather than pushing them onto the pile before moving on to the next.

Team members at Ivory talk to clients each and every day about how expectations are being met by using real-time data analysis.
